Is financial aid available year-round?
Yes. Financial aid is available throughout the year. Financial aid applies only to school-year monthly fees, holiday break fees, and summer weekly fees. Please note that memberships and field trips are not eligible for a financial aid discount.
A current Club membership is required for participation in both the school-year and summer programs, regardless of financial aid status. Membership fees are separate and are not eligible for financial aid.
How do I apply for financial aid?

What documents do I need to apply?
To process your application, you must submit the following:
- Two (2) months of bank statements showing both income deposits and regular living expense withdrawals
- Your most recent 30 days of pay stubs
- Your most recent federal tax return
- Documentation for any additional sources of income, such as child support, disability benefits, Social Security, unemployment, or other assistance
Additional documentation may be requested if needed to complete the review process.
Can I apply before my child is enrolled?
Yes! We encourage families to apply before registering whenever possible. This helps ensure your financial aid is reviewed and, if approved, applied before registration.
How long does it take to process my application?
Applications are typically reviewed within 72 business hours. The review period begins only after all required documentation has been received. If additional information is needed, we will contact you.
How will I know if my application has been approved?
You will receive an email from the Finance Department notifying you of your application status, whether it has been approved, denied, or if additional documentation is required.
What happens if my application is denied?
If your application is denied, you will have the opportunity to provide additional information regarding any financial hardships or special circumstances that may not have been reflected in your submitted documentation.
Will financial aid cover all monthly or weekly fees?
No. Financial aid will provide up to a 50% discount on eligible monthly or weekly fees. Families remain responsible for the remaining balance, as well as any fees that are not eligible for financial aid, including membership fees and field trips.
Can financial aid be applied retroactively?
No. Financial aid cannot be applied to charges incurred before your application has been approved. Any fees accrued prior to approval are the family’s responsibility. We recommend waiting until your financial aid application has been reviewed before registering.
How soon can my child start once financial aid has been approved?
Once your financial aid application has been approved, your child may begin attending immediately, provided there is space available and all enrollment requirements have been completed.
